1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Nicolosi Corp a.s., Company ID 109 75 012, with its registered office at Tržiště 372/1, Malá Strana, 118 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register under file no. B 26455 vedená u Městského soudu v Praze (the “controller”).

2. What data this website processes
This website is informational. It uses no cookies requiring consent, deploys no third-party analytics or marketing tools, and contains no contact form.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (VAS Hosting, Czech Republic) processes in its server logs the technical data necessary for the operation and security of the service — in particular the IP address, browser type and time of the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained for a limited period necessary for operational security.
If you write to us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as is necessary to handle the request, and then for no more than 3 years in case of follow-up communication or legal claims.
3. Who we share data with
The website runs on the servers of the hosting provider VAS Hosting in the Czech Republic. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
We do not pass the data to any other recipients, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at apps@nicolosi.cz. We will respond within one month at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Czech Data Protection Authority), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the features of the website change. The current version is always available on this page.
